lol - just read Harry's comment. You still wandering about Goose Street? You'll be cold in this weather. Wrap up warmer next time and take something with you to read if things get too boring.

Cor bloomey. Another Leicester person on this board. Anyone would think everyone lives in Leciester and Norwich (and Cambridge) going by the populus of this board.

I've probably crossed paths with you Martin and not realised it. Leicester used to be a stomping ground for me. I now play in and around the huvvvntry area....sorry?....yes, the Hooovovvoooovuntry area. No, not Daventry, that guy from Bedford does that with his mate and the Northampton people.

Anyways, whizzigigs (win stoppers) were the reason for revisting the old stomping grounds. I don't think I know of any Martins......Hmmmm.....Martin..........could have been Jason......hold on.....Martin......tall chap about 6'5ish does a bit of running?......used to have a brother who worked in the petrol station on The Narborough Road down near Braunstone?

Anyways, if you were playing in Thomas's what.....about five+ years ago, you must remember Ocean.

FIVE BOYZ THERE MAN!!!!

FECKIN' 'ECK!!! I'VE PUT A 1'er IN THE PAYS AND PAYS JAN. FOOKIN' 'ECK MAN.

Hold on, hold on. Martin.....I've got it.........no...you used to work at the site, little site near the market, it burned down and they re-opened it.......ah yes......in which case you're not 6'5", more like 5'5" am I wrong?

No sorry. Really haven't got a clue. If you're a recent Leicester player <5 years, you really won't know me, unless you happenned to be closely monitoring the whizzigig in the duck on hostel Street at around 2pm on some Humpfday afternoons from early Bloop 2007 onwards.

A bit before my time in Leicester. Wowser, a bit of history there. Danny was still working at Thomas's five years ago, but I didn't spot him on my recent trips back to Leicester.

Mug??? Wow... you gotta love the hostility of the internet.

LOL. Well seeing as Ive only missed once this year, I assume this to be the lad from the cambridge bowling alley.

Apart from having a few lagers by that time - you may have noticed when taking the shot that I am right-handed, and my entire right hand was bandaged up like an egyptian mummy, thus adding a new challenge.

As for being a mug. Well for the last 12 months I have been emptying a certain other machine which is now getting thin on the ground thanks to a few blaggers and a rechip so dont normally bother with crap like Cluedo and red gamings. I was only playing that one whilst on the look out for fresh units.

I've started playing the other cambridge cluedos now anyway as I couldnt believe how much money I made on them that night and as I say, I am very short on the other machines without travelling back to my northern roots which I really cannot be arsed to do to find £30 in the hopper. Ive only found about 7 cluedos so far because I do not know the area very well but I'm sure we will meet again in the future and can have a beer - I dont normally bother with this fruitchat crap but Im at a loose end until 1pm.

Incidently, I used to travel to play £25 Ziggys/Cabins/Panthers when most people didnt have a clue you could even play them - way before the £35 explosion - the Leicester lads will remember that I'm sure.

Cheers, Mark
