Hi all,
Taking an evening out around the LB riverside area tonight, with a few chums from work. Anyone suggest any decent venues for a good drink and a couple of spins? I'm guessing it's probably all 'dry' - although, I'm not planning on it being a big fruitsesh anyway, as it's mainly a social event.
But, well, you know how it is...

hmm not really much around there, the station has reds which will be burnt no doubt, a few pubs on the road near the station have a treasure hunt + LAB ( the latter is ALWAYS burnt ), a pub by the river has another couple of reds, kings ransom and LAB -wouldnt expect much value though...

was down there just at the weekend. Went in a couple of pubs, but couldnt give directions or names; utterly USELESS of me I know. One pub had a casino crazy and a sub zero; that was very near monument and under-ground. so keep away from that one then!

Had a belter of an evening - and just about to go and do it all again!
Surprisingly found myself playing a Bling and Queen in the Red Lion and got £75 from the crowns after £25 in...

There's a CCP on London Bridge station, but didn't get to play it as some woman was thumping it, and er, we all wanted to get to the pub!
Got back to Dartford around 11ish (others had work this morning!) and managed to take an Invincible for £75 too! mystery win gave me a tenner and gambled to MS from there! I remember when Top Giza gave me pot from Mystery Win, but this is easily the best result for a long while!
Pub-wise - completed the London Bridge to Tower Bridge Ale Trail (some lovely beers there!) and won me' tee-shirt to prove it.
Have to arrange a meet for a few of us who are 'local' one evening, would be a good laff!
