Quick Corrie / Trailblazer question

How do all,
Just a couple of things on these:
1) I saw someone playing TB the other day and it appeared that when he landed on a question mark he used a step, which took him off the question mark without him having to complete the gamble? Did I see this right?? (I only saw out of the corner of my eye!) In this case I can assume that if you have a step, even with a ? in the corner you may as well keep going until you land on ti then step off? Does this work on all - bobby dazzler, corrie, TB etc?
2) Secondly, I know on corrie when you get on the board you can go higher or lower for a skill shuffle. Yet on TB when I get on the board there is no option to go higher or lower, nor can you hi-lo when you land on a particular square to add it again. Is this right??!!! Because the hi-lo works once you enter the top feature, but not on the bottom
Cheers!

if you have steps and you get a question mark on bobby dazzler then you can use it, but sometimes it leads to another question mark so be careful!
also on bobby dazzler if you land on extra life and gamble it and win you wil then have 2 extra lives, my mate ended up with 3!

yes, because igf you're on a 11 or 2 it's no lose. even if you get busted you're on 12 or 1 so can hi/lo it back, then maybe get another shot at it.
save your steps up to get off mysteries or to trap it with multiple steps.
