as far as i am aware, the legality of a section 16 is whatever section 16 of the gambling rules says,

so, im assuming its something along the lines of:

you can play 10p a go and win a maximum of £25 in each press under a fruit machine license

so now as the jp limit has been raised, will there be higher section 16 jackpots?

at the minute its a maximum of 625 jp isnt it? ( i htink? at least thats what we worked out a couple of years ago!!)

so 20 x 25 is 500
20 x 35 is 700

but they can have the max to 15 times the jp or something so thats: 875???

does this mean we are going to see £700 jp sec 16's?

Cant see it spyder not for a while the raise in jp only goes for mcs £25 and under,I also think the 50p a play will soon come back down to 30p with a lower % payout as did with the 30p play going down to 25p.

but it didnt actually go down by enforcement, it was voulentary

the previews of the £35's are mostly multistake, and with the 4 reeled awps they are filtering in, 50p a go will probably be quite reasonable.

the £500ers are licenced alongside teh £25's, just with 20 x 10p being staked on each press, its more or less along the rules that you are playing 20 machines at 10p a go each and all at the same time,

so the section 16 rules, which werent an amendment of the rules, more a loophole that only just got noticed,

i dont see any reason why they wont boost the jackpots as soon as they can, whats the game that you can play on £8 a go already.. for the 625 jp?? there are people out there who are drawn to play these monsters...

not arguing with you, just thinking out loud.
