Ruler's Retirement & Revelations

Post by Ruler of The World »

This horse has now retired. In fact, Ruler of The World was retired at the end of the last season. He wasn't an amazing horse but he won the Derby and I did find the name quite amusing. There is currently a horse with the same trainer and owners (before a share of him was sold off) called Best In The World but he certainly doesn't live up to it!

I am not retiring from Fruitchat but this profile is. It appears that some idiots take me posting under this name literally as though it is how I see myself; this is about as far from the truth as you can get.

I do wish that certain very biased people on here wouldn't post things about others based on a distorted opinion they have. We all know our mates will tell us someone's no good if it means it makes them look better and this is what has happened with me.

There are people I feel I have not treated right who I would hold my hands up and admit I did not do the best I could have by them but not the ones who have posted on here publicly. Those two people who I shall not name but I'm sure you can guess the identities of, have no leg to stand on if they are totally honest with themselves and deserve nothing in the way of sympathy. Deals were made with both people which they went back on and did not fulfill yet they expect me to fulfill my side. It is really laughable.

In the larger case, I was told to back a HOT TIP horse which was meant to be drugged up to the eyeballs in a 'fixed' race.... this 'person' told me to back it with whatever I could get my hands on, he kept telling me how he was running around all bookies he could backing it for smaller amounts, trying to be clever. Well, my tips might be utter shit sometimes, but I've never gone to those lengths to get someone to back a horse and guess what? It came 35th out of 36 runners! This person then decided he would play the 'poor me' card and tell me he'd lost about £4000 because of this. I lost about £1000...

As I was a regular loser on my William Hill account, playing live blackjack and had been down for quite some time, I was made a VIP customer and was sent an offer for 50% cashback up to £1000 if I lost one week. I didn't have the money to capitalise so I told this guy, the one with all the cash and info (LOL). He carefully found out exactly how this would work, confirmed that if he lost £2000 he would get £1000 back in cash and it was all sorted. We sat in a Wetherspoon pub near me on my laptop, put the money into my account in cash just before and he did his thing, placing as much as he could on what he bet on, telling me what to do and me doing it hoping that he won. He did win and made over £4000 out of this - his money back on the horses. I spent a further 5-6 hours with him running around trying to get him all his money in cash. I did so and he gave me £200 out of it. This guy had made a deal with me about playing certain games which he'd show me how to do properly in return for a percentage of what I made - I wasn't making a hell of a lot because this was around the Jackpot Kings times. People were all over my locals doing the Live The Dreams, Red Mists, etc. I admittedly got into debt with him when I should have been a bit more controlled but the whole time he was being very cunning and underhanded with me and not telling me things that were going on then that would have made me a lot of money rather than run around struggling. His excuse was that I was in debt and he would tell me nothing until I paid him back. I ended up owing about £3000 to him, didn't feel comfortable with it but there wasn't a lot I could do then. A couple of months later I got lucky in a casino. I won £11,000 and the first thing I did was call him to tell him and ask for his bank details. I paid him back in full. Later I had my supposed 'suicidal phase' and he refused to help out except that he offered to play something I thought was a good machine which turned out to be a bit shit and he lost just over a grand of his money in it. I was very annoyed and told him that I would not be in this situation if he had simply told me the things he hadn't. I said I would pay him back once he delivered on what he said he would do which was provide me with info. He refused.

I don't honestly care what anyone thinks about this story but it is the truth. If I had a load of money I would actually pay him just to shut this down but I would then feel I was owed substantial money making info and that he had got away with being a sneaky tosser. Please note that when I say I was in debt, I was both borrowing money and owing from what I was winning on when I did make money. At times he seemed like a genuine friend but deep down I could tell that I was only being spoken to as I had some remote use to him.

I won't be naming the person.

As for my problem's with the other lad, he too did not come up with the goods although the goods were working fine as he and several other players were doing fine out of it. I don't see why I should pay for nothing.

Doubtless most of you, if not all, will be looking for holes in these stories and trying to expose me as a liar. This is simply not the case.

This will be the last thread posted by me with this name.

I`d suggest Emmental as a new nickname. Well done for becoming a VIP albeit for losing.
Changing your identity is probably a good idea , I wish you all the best.

Good luck to you too. Well done for proving that you're not only a prick but a sad troll who has sat around waiting to reply to my posts. It's all a bit too gay for me.

So... Someone helps you out; you fuck up a bit. And it's their fault for not helping you out more? With the behaviour you describe, coupled with the fact that you have started numerous threads to sell info, are you really surprised that individuals wouldn't offer up their bread and butter to help you?

You do this to people all the time. Why not tell them how the other guy fucked you over by helping you remortgage your house? And what you then did with the money from remortgaging it.

LOL the only reason I was getting 'helped' was because he stood to gain something from it - paying for a day off was the actual reason given. I do this all the time? Why don't I tell them about the other guy who fucked me over? Is my life an open book here? How does me getting fucked over by someone constitute your attempt to make me look like a con artist??? You really are showing how ridiculously biased you are. And stupid.
