Yup. Somebody actually won £50 on a winfall, this was brought to the attention of bellfruit who deceided that this was totally unacceptable as all their machines are really £25 jackpot. So £50 win now chipped out.

Well i tried using a magnet on the ball and dropping it into the jp slot, but some old fella told me the balls made of plastic so it wont work

Think about how good this game COULD be, if they had used an actual bagatelle. I bet the cash box takings would be at least double what they are as is.

BGT had a few like that. Random Replay and IIRC, Drop Zone. I never played one, but how did they do in arcades?

Yes Random Replay were very good for both player and premises, there was one in an arcade that outlasted many far newer games. Could be brutal at times though...
