It depends I think Gary. A few weeks back they removed a game during the day and it was obvious that the terminals that had stray credit in like 5/10p then they didn't get updated.

The terminal must try to update again when the shop closes I guess.

not just in bookies, any wired connection based fruit, same thing happened to me on gds, wiped the fkin game off as i was playing it, reguardless of how much investment id put in, no chance of getting it back, and no point kicking up a fuss bringing attention to the game i was on

Quite recently I went in the bookies to play a certain game, I had been playing it non stop since it was put on and obviously making a profit. As I went to the 1st terminal in the last shop I played it in, I suddenly noticed that it was on any of the other terminals whilst I was playing it. As soon as I was done with it, I returned to the main page only to see it literally disappear and get replaced by another game. Therefore there is no need for the shop to do anything or for updates to occur, they simply get pulled off whenever the bastards feel like they don't want to give money away anymore.
