Maygay- the italian job

Hi all, have just turned on a Maygay-the italian job and the volume is way to loud. I have tried putting flat key in, pressing middle hold button then turning key, but no other buttons lit to decrease volume?. Any ideas please?

Boot it up with cash door (bottom door) if it's tubes/rear opener or front door if it opens from the front open. Then try the key and experiment. If that fails, there should be a little green button on the main board. If you're not too familiar with the electronics, don't go jabbing at random, but on some Maygays you have to press the green button when it has booted with door open.

Thanks mate. Really thick on this. Have a front door below. When i try flat key all it says is something about loading machine, which is 3/4 full. I cant seem to access any volume controls. My neighbours must be losing patience by now! I used this about a year ago last time, but now its just gone really loud when i turn it on.

According to other fora, " There should be two volume controls, one on the main MPU board, and another that's on the small ESP daughterboard that plugs into it. Use the second option. "
