It was ground rent of flats, not the actual flats, the ground rent was roughly 7000 a year on a long term lease, feel free to check goldings auctions website, sold for nearly 200k in the end! Good to see his loyal muppets running to his rescue! I will word this one better for you then lads, ive just brought a 2 bed semi 9.8 miles outside of newcastle, i made good profit in 6, sorry, 8 months that i lived in my latest ipswich house, i got the 9.8 miles outside of newcastle one cheaper than the guide price and have had it valued a lot higher by a surveyor! I hope this keeps your strange following of me happy for now!

This sentence sounds very cryptic. Why 9.8? Why not put 10. If you meant to put 8 months why does the figure 6 need to be there, surely easier to just erase the 6 and put 8 on its own. The reason? The numbers in this post have a relevance, but we can't see what.

It's all very bizarre if you ask me.
