You all know I was on the Skill Quests by now, I was making loads out of them in the Agoras for months until a jealous witch called Barbara got wind of me winning and, as area manager, printed up some bullshit photo of me claiming I was a thief who was obtaining plays or some crap - I will double check next time I view my 'wanted' poster!

Once they'd gotten rid of the said machines I assumed it would all blow over and I've been visiting Cashinos more often playing Pots of Gold and and good fruits they have… then I started getting the crap again… my pic still around, I'm BARRED! Such stupidity! What was I doing that was even remotely illegal???

So I wrote in to their complaints department with the letter below… being totally honest about everything, I have spoken on the phone with some guy after they asked me for a photo of myself and my phone number which obviously I gave because I know I've done nothing wrong… now he wants to meet me because his bosses want him to 'sort this out'… do I need a security team????? I have agreed to meet tomorrow outside one of their arcades but I don't have a clue what the point is at the moment! Perhaps by reading my letter you may be able to advise…

Dear sir/madam,

I have had quite enough of being treated like a criminal! In 2009 you had a SWP machine which was in almost all of your arcades, it was called Skill Casino and contained a game called Skill Stop Roulette. This game even gave you instructions on how to win, I learned how to play it well and it would pay out until it had reached its desired payout percentage then be impossible to win from. I used to play these and make money from them provided someone had lost before I played it. It was pure skill to hit the winning numbers and I am happy to demonstrate what I was doing which was simply playing to the best of my ability.

Unfortunately, due to ignorance of some staff members, I was deemed to have been doing something illegal because I would win very often on these machines, they even began circulation a poster of me entering the Shepherd's Bush store. It clearly states on the poster that I am committing some type of theft - which is untrue and libellous.

These machines have been removed for some time now and I have been a normal and regular customer who loses very often in several of your shops but now this poster is seemingly being circulated again and I am getting barred from shops! This is totally unfair as I am being treated like a criminal and I have honestly done nothing wrong.

I have even been refused a payout of £250 in your Aldgate arcade back in 2010 when the attendant simply snatched my winning ticket and did not pay me.

Unless you do something about this, I am going to be taking legal action. You CANNOT call a person a thief without proof and I can prove I am not a thief whilst you cannot prove that I am! There are laws against your practices and I will make sure justice is served. I had seen a solicitor about it in 2009 and he advised me that Agora's actions were totally illegal and that I would definitely win the case although I would not gain a lot from it financially, so I chose not to at the time.

I am using my real name because I am innocent of these ridiculous claims. If I receive no response within 2 weeks I will take the aforementioned legal action.

I'm supposed to be meeting 'him' at 11am tomorrow outside one of their arcades… if no one hears from me a friend of mine will inform the police! Could be naughty people, apparently…

Apparently they are too big a company to resort to violence… Personally I just don't see what I gain from standing up to them but since I came this far I might as well finish the job…

The thing is, when they "barred" you as such they were under the corrupt "agora" group, which was headed by dodgy people that got put inside I gather. These days it's much more legit so I imagine they will come out with something along the lines off sorry but you're still barred as that is our legal right and any insinuations against you from that occasion are nothing to do with us....

A very fair letter. Will be interesting to see what they say. Keep us posted. I doubt it'll be a dodgy person as they now owned by Guaselman (spelling).
