Agreed. To be fair most dont bother you unless you empty it- as they then have to do something other than sitting behind the bar. But if they do get shirty I refer you to the above ( unless its your home town ).
My mate has just been to Blackpool and say its full of Spoons (so Deals)- and its been cleaned up a bit!
Dunno bout the locals tho- there must be millions of them at it.
