Back in the Skill Quest days, because I absolutely hammered the whole of London long before anyone else, I got barred by the evil blonde bitch, Barbara. Because I had so many locations to do, I had to get around as many as possible and the inevitable 'bumping into' her happened. It all went wrong when I went to what was basically her home, Ealing Broadway and a ticket for £866 wouldn't print out! Due to paper!!!

After a while, when she had spotted me in a few Agoras, she had a poster of me made up in which I was lovely and slim and looked pretty damned cool in an Armani top. But the thing is, what had I done? The game was CALLED Skill Roulette for fuck's sake! I never did anything other than hit the skill!

I sought advice at the time from a solicitor who told me I could take them to court for this poster which they had put up in some shops and had hidden away in folders in others because it stated I was barred for... I can't even remember the actual words but something like obtaining plays by fraud or something. The solicitor told me I would definitely win the case but that it'd cost me a few grand and I might make 1 or 2 grand profit out of it! I didn't bother!

Now that Agora is no more, I know some of the old staff work in some shops but most people didn't have a problem with me. I still get hell and am not allowed to play in the Ealing Broadway one but, until yesterday, I hadn't even seen this poster of ages! I went into a shop where I had done the Skill Roulette for years and never been barred... and guess what? I was told I was not allowed to play there! I was shown a black and white photocopy of the poster!

I really feel this is wrong, the game was skill, I did nothing untoward and yet I am treated like a criminal over it! Due to their idiotic lack of understanding! Can someone advise me on what to do? Is it worth sending a letter or email to the new people in charge?

Just be glad that someone, somewhere, considers you a winner.

Are they not considering him a fraud or a theif? Staff in these places think its impossible to win unless your up to something.

I expect it would hinge on them admitting they think your a fraudster and admitting they act accordingly. I can't see any company being stupid enough to do that if a lawyer comes knocking.

Sucks tho.

Mind you, chasing the individual who made + circulated it might get somewhere, again if to can prove they did it, as they won't admit it.

Considering him a fraud or a thief is a damn site more flattering than what he deserves.

I don't really tend to go into bookies, so I doubt we'll bump into one another. However, if you're spoiling for a scrap I'm not too hard to find: what you might find more difficult is the bus fare to the West Midlands!

Yeah that sounds about right. You obviously realised a while ago that it's easier to steal money off people than try and earn it.

Let's just say that if this fool doesn't shut up I am going to post some rather amusing revelations about his friend on who's behalf he is obviously having a pop at me... so do carry on Will, I dare you - and I dare him too!
