The only suprise here is that this doesn't happen more often.

Betting shops are a breeding ground for misery and desperation.

I agree. They're terrible places. The only thing stopping more murders is that the customers are so depressed that they barely have the energy to murder anyone. The typical cycle is walk in with your giro, blow the lot and go home and cry.
Once you start putting bookies in up and coming areas or affluent areas that's when the trouble starts. William Hill opened up a shop in Catherine-De-Barnes a very rich area near Solihull and all hell broke loose. Within a week the entire population of Catherine-De-Barnes was dead. Brutal massacres swept the streets spreading outwards from the epicentre of the William Hills. The government had to take drastic action. The LBO was blown up and a Bentley dealership put in its place. The story was prevented from being leaked to the media and peace was restored. Things had got that bad they were thinking of replacing the entire population of Birmingham with soap opera actors who could do convincing Brummie accents. It was called operation Diddly udderly uddley wuddly Dudley....are you sure? (Pronounced shoe-er)

Having single manned shops is a disgrace. all about FOBTs and profit.

The last time I was in that shop was when they had a Skill Roulette in the Agora. Sorry to disappoint, I don't rob people nor do I murder them unless they attempt the same on me or my family. No one has been stupid enough to try so far.

im a firm believer that it's only a matter of time before we get a fruit related murder

especially if the 100jacky goe's through ,,,,,,,, jealous/drunk landlord/local ,,,,,,,,, even a territorial player dispute

it's fire everywhere now

if not a murder , some incident involving a stabbing/glassing etc

especially (if like me your on nowt new) the old good stuff is always getting relegated down to the seedy shitty pubs etc

the country being on its arse n all ,,,,,,,, people out of work getting pissed up to drown out their sorrows and trying to gamble their way out of povety etc

then 1 of us takes a ton out of something in 5 mins infront of him

jealously breeds contempt

im quite frankly surprised that it hasn't already happened .

If I was murdered in Ladbrokes at least I'd die knowing they wouldn't rob me of more of my money
