Did Oscar whathisname really murder his fit model girlfriend? Apparently he was very jealous and she had got some sort of message from her ex on the day, he was also apparently very possessive and had smashed the fuck out of her head with the cricket bat he claims to have used to break the door to the bog down with. Was he trying to revive her with the cricket bat???

I'm afraid I think he is guilty and no verdict will convince me otherwise, they should have his arms off and create a machine which repeatedly kicks him up the arse with his own legs and have a cricket bat mechanism which smashes his skull in too.

He is only humiliating his own family and himself by not admitting his guilt right now, cunt.

I think it's refreshing to witness that having a disability doesn't stop you doing anything in life. Winning Gold at the Olympics, or murdering someone in cold blood. From what I can gather it's only the quality of the investigation itself that stops this being an open and shut case, with the Police at the scene failing to use protective footwear whilst gathering evidence. One would find it hard to believe that firing a gun through a locked door, with someone on the other side, isn't at least reckless. Recklessness is often all that needs to be proved.

I like ROTW punishments. Let the punishment fit the crime. I've always thought judges don't make enough use of alternatives to custody, we should see more public humiliation, chain gangs cleaning streets and doing gardening, rapists and paedophiles chemically castrated. I'm not sure why these options are not pursued, maybe there is EU legislation that prevents it? I'm sure someone here knows.

Don't get me wrong, I am sure there are cases of murder where the murdered deserved to be murdered - hence, punishment fitting the crime but punishment not handed down by the law. Heard about some guy who was repeatedly arse raped as a kid who found the guy who was doing it to him years later and just beheaded him. Don't actually know what happened but I doubt very much he got away with it without some sort of punishment. Obviously it would be wrong to put that guy to death though. I feel that in any clear cut case the punishment should fit the crime, that it there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever, there should be a death penalty. Paedophiles yes, 100% should be 'altered' so that they cannot gain pleasure from their depraved acts. Rapists? Hmmmm... Well, funny that I was talking to girl yesterday who kept telling me girls like to be raped sometimes! Don't think she meant by a complete stranger at knife point but sometimes a bit of force can turn a girl on so it's down to the context of it all. I doubt this comment will cause outrage because we all know what women are like sometimes.

Should toolers be punished by having their tools stuck up their anuses? Should they be burned like they burn holes in the note mechs? Should they have electric currents sent through them like they send it through the machines to clock up that credit? Hmmmmm.... Is tooling a victimless crime? The only victims I see in it are the players it hots things up for...including myself... Apart from that?

Anyway, back to that Oscar bloke, he definitely battered the fuck out of his bird then obviously realised what he had done... I think it was just a case of RED MIST. He just flipped! Happens, I guess. Poor girl, she takes pity on a legless cunt and look what happens.
