new dond offerings from ice...

You're going to laugh (pics to follow)

TRIPLE deal or no deal... same format as double with cashpot.

Dond winfall... a standard reel game with a bagatelle feature where it drops into 1 of 5 holes and you choose to accept or carry on for better values... again features a triple dond.

Dond poker... standard video poker but lighting all cards starts dond.

Nothing particularly impressive from anywhere else but there were at least 5 or 6 different video cabs... barcrest had a shedload of new 500 and 70(non traditional awp) stuff.

Cheers

Zero creativity - There is potentially a lot of money to be made in the AWP industry if a company comes up with some decent alternatives to Bell-Fruit style gameplay

In the current economic climate I don't think it would make any difference if someone had a 'lightbulb moment', and created a new exciting format. Most people are skint, and the playerbase is forever dwindling.

Triple DOND is out there in the wild - not that I've found one yet - mixed reviews thus far.

Is this a video bagatelle, or an 'analogue' one with a real ball?

This has been on the Gamestec video units for quite some time - and really isn't much fun whether you're into fruits OR poker.

There will be time when we'll all be looking back and pining for deals.

At least it looks like they haven't recovered the VDU unit from a skip like their older hybrid offerings

Those reels look suspiciously Rapid Round.

My gut instinct is that it looks like a DOND that's just stripped out any sort of feature board. You'll just periodically get to play the bagatelle feature for a collect or gamble for DOND?

Cheers for the link, Gambo.

That looks f**king horrendous!

Replace Noel saying 'The one we were trying to avoid' with 'The one we all knew the ball was heading towards' ...
