Played a Bar X Diamond 7 today - you know the one - £10/£20/£35. Was full from the off - it took £440 for the first win.
That's a record for me, and you'd expect it to hop into uber streak mode if it hasn't been there recently after that kind of suck. The weird thing was that the sound for dropping a coin in was there, as was start bleep as it spins, but no bleeps for the reels stopping. The only other time it does this is when it's on the uber streak. Maybe this was the anti uber streak ?? Anyway, I was convinced something was suss, so had it plugged by the staff, who had been made aware of the amount in with no win, so were ina more obliging mood given the circumstances.
Soon as it was reset, the reel stop sounds were back, and within a tenner it started paying. Not an uber streak, but a regular mixture of wins to the tune of about £260 over the next 15 mins or so, then after a little cool down, a £70 of 7's+hold.
These things can certainly climb into some fucking pokey holes of programming. Only wish I'd asked for it to be plugged earlier - I just wonder how much more it might have took with no win if it hadn't been plugged ??

Ive heard of someone putting 800 pounds into a 25 quid red bar for a win.........They found out in the end there was something wrong with it he got 500 quid cash back and 200 pounds in tokens lol

Ive had the empty streak on a bar x 7 before....about a 400 pounds streak. some are double hoppered aswell.

did 100 in a 4 reeler £5 for no win over 30p in thomases a few years back, opened it up and was running at 4% wingy then stepped In and said "he wins enough out of here its about time he lost" cunt went over the pier saw a lady do £100 in a bar x with no win and full....i then donated 160 of my money for one single 10 win which went back in and i went home skint! What a day went with 80 got up to around 260 back home by 4pm skint

Quicksilver 7's are mint when they do the empty streak.. nudge noise on every press and win every press till it empties.. used to go about 2 or 3 times a year when they were played a lot.. doubt they do that anymore.. if they are full, double hopper and you get the right series of wins you get about £350 - £400 including the inevitable iou
