When you have done your bollocks in a machine.
Trying to find loose change after sticking 400+ notes in a 500 (bookies)

Its fucking horrible walking out the door skint,Your calling yourself a cunt etc...
I do this about 6 times a year. My brain needs surgery.
I allways say if i get 100 deep i will bail out. Fuck you brain.
Just another note,You will get a feature. NOT!!

Its very easily done, remember these are designed to do that to you. Id rather stick £400 in a rainbow than in a £5jp golden game lol

its like £70jp rainbow sports community. I think there designed to play as wank as they do to make you "angry gamble" where you get so angry that you sit there saying "look fuck all happenes all the time it never pays out what its ment to" (while feeding more money in to prove this point) its a bit like when you was younger you would say to your mates "i bet it now gives game over" and instead of collecting you would have to prove it by pressing start knowing your gonna lose to prove a point lol. Got the shooting feature a few days ago on £1 stake.....£5 no repeat WTFFFFFFFFF same as royal riches £10 feature but saying that i did have £350 out of one and also had a £400 streak out of royal riches but you wont find royal riches much now deffo not the original anymore

A semi-success story. I've done this on countless occasions. Been gambling since I was about ten, probably as long as most people on here were born, done probably £250,000 on machines, horses, casinos. anything.

Fucked up my job, my marriage and lost a house. Ran up £30k on credit cards as well (managed to pay it all off in the end)

Last year, I went round all the bookies and arcades, self excluded. Haven't been a bookies since (except once to have a leak) and don't miss a thing. Shut down all my online accounts also.

Still play in pubs on AWP's once a week (my treat to myself) and feel much better. I've got my life back !!!

Don't despair.

Suppose so, made more as a 12 year old schoolkid than the old man did as an electrician. We even played Space Invaders for money, only ever lost once, against a guy on Defender after about two hours each on 10p.

Had many a session on Star Wars original vector graphics up to wave 99 and beyond - used to get kicked off by the owner of the arcade after about 3 hours of play for 10p.
I'd love to have a go now, not on the emu - the real deal with the proper controls like the arcade game.

The thing is, even when you get a feature...so what?

3 leps for £12! Great! 4 leps for £30! Wowww!

I played a Fields Of Gold £500 the other month and got the coin bonus. The top feature, the big daddy. Lowest I've ever seen before is £60 as to me it is basically the equivalent of pots.

It gave me...£20 and that was it!!! I'm not a violent person but the screen nearly went through there and then.

Been trying harder than ever to give the £500s up this year but that single moment has helped me leaps and bounds. Just got to think of the worst case scenario really.

My local Defender original tall black cab had Hyper Sports as the game which was rather weird.

I don't understand how people can be addicted to 500's. They're just plain boring! Roulette I can kind of understand as its all about winning money quickly but 500's...? To me there is no entertainment at all.
I always thought the appeal of fruits was that punters think they have control by being able to manipulate the machine with nudges, holds and hi/lo'ing etc. Pressing one button repeatedly just doesn't do it for me, and to be honest I can't understand why it would for anyone.
