Summer holidays

Hello Chaps,
Where are the various board members going on holiday this year?
I haven’t got anything major sorted yet but just beginning to look at a few different places. Will be seeing some of the French countryside and will be spending 5 days in the South of the France but also want to go somewhere for a couple of weeks at the end of August. Not massively into large resorts but would like a mixture of relaxing & things to do and see mixed in with a bit of history. A local cuisine with a reputation for good authentic food would also be handy.
