0_o Can i ask why ? if they have no reason to kick you off surely they should refund you your money specially after so much in (Unless there is a crowbar hanging in the door) or they should have kicked you off when you first went on ?

Harsh, and I just couldn't let that go.
I just did £190 in one after the staff got a cashpot but they stayed on it until it was back to £70. Unreal but true.
Fuming.

Nice pub, on it for over an hour and this big landlord bloke come over and told us to leave the machine saying that the police told them to be wary of people playing the machine for excessive time. Told him I was 280 in he was having none of it. I said I would call the police he said good luck if I had found summit outside I would have put it straight through there window lucky I spouse

It's all becoming a joke the fun has gone out of playing fruits these days if it's not players trying to own areas and threatening it's landlords thinking your a crook would love to have a well payed job but the money is to good and I have my son on weekends so it's tough to get out of this. Proper blow today if your not safe in a chain pub where r u safe to play a fruit.

Players often feel hard done by in situations like this and to a certain extent this is true. I obviously don't know Tommya but this treatment by the pub is probably totally unjust.
However, I must say I have lost count of the number of players I have noticed over the years who are oblivious in respect to how they conduct themselves in a premesis. Some of the horrendous things I have witnessed are,
- talking fruit machine lingo in loud voices irrespective of who is nearby
- putting credits in multiple units, this is certainly not normal behaviour by someone in a pub
- drink choices & dress code
- general demeanour
- sharking
I must admit that I generally tend to distance myself from fruit players for the very reasons mentioned above. Also if a pub does accuse you of cheating the machine you might as well explain what you are doing and not try and explain your way out of it. Your face is now linked to the machine so days in this particular premesis will be numbered. Don't take it personally and move on, pubs are well within their rights to act like this.
Regards, Sir Linesman

One reason would probably be because the landlord saw how long/how much you put into the machine and wanted it for himself with little effort.. harsh but true. you should of found something to put through the window! dont want the "police" being disapointed for a long fruit play aye

Maybe the last few people who spent that long on the fruit emptied it and he wanted to get he's own back on a player and plugged it before you could empty it.
