Mecca Bingo chain.
They have those portable terminals to play electronic bingo if you can't be arsed with paper and pen. Also on these is a selection of lo tec games - Solid Gold and the like.
They can be played at 10p £5 JP (Rainbow Riches) and 50p (Solid Golds and clones).
Now, you load up your terminal with some cash and off you go. Any winnings paid straight back into credit which you can cash out at any time at the desk.
Scenario - lets say you row the rainbow riches for say £20 on 10p a spin and you don't land a set of leps so don't get your spinny pots equivalent or any other decent win for that matter. The game states compensated - but are you playing a pre-set state of the game when you load it up based on an overall percentage - i.e. overall drift needs to catch up so you get a good session, or are you playing an individual percentage for that machine.
Not explaining this very well.
Lets say you row £70 through solid gold on 50p play. If somebody else is playing the same game on another terminal, are you increasing their chances of winning and vice versa if they are losing - are they increasing your chances of winning ??
Another scenario - if you row a ton through a machine, come out of that session/screen to play Bingo, how on earth do you know if you go back into it at a later time that it's the 'same' machine / session / nobody has won 'your' money in the meantime.
All seems very dodgy to me.
Disclaimer: I don't go out of my way to play bingo - my mum loves it, so got to do the family duty now and again.
Question
I can kind of help you on this. We played the Royal Riches on these and noticed that the pots we're remembered on each and every max terminal. I'd assume it works for the Solid Moulds too. 1.0.0.3 is the one you want on there, but you won't see that now :-( we used to write the max terminal number down so we knew which ones we had played out. Making sure we didn't get the same ones another session. They work on a token licence system I believe.
I thought you might be the man in the know on this stuff. So, each Max terminal is to be treated as an individual set of virtual machines. You never see anybody playing the slots on them whenever I go. I'm sure that must have been a large golden egg field a while back, but also an annoyingly obvious electronic paper trail leading right back up your arse.

The Max's were really good for a while. But they got updated fast. We had a few memberships set up in a few clubs, but yes, your right, you have to collect your winnings from the cashier at the end of the session. Try getting a few hundred quid payout, they only float the till with so much. Ha. I'm sure they worked out what we were doing as everything is recorded and that's why it got sorted so quickly. We didn't get banned or any shit though as most of the clubs knew us from slotting there, just a few funny looks lol.
