good evening fruit chatters,
iv'e noticed its been very quiet on here in my absence.
iv'e just come back from japan & while i was there there was a small earth quake,
thankfully nothing happened to me.
i love the japanese people, culture & especially the food
my favourite holiday would have to be thailand.
thailand is a beautiful country.
the weather is always hot,
the people are always smiling & very friendly.
ive travelled around most of thailand & i still want to go back there.
the best time to go there is december, january & april.
in december & january the weather is perfect.
on april 11th-12th is the thai new year,
the thai's love throwing water on this day.
the currency is baht,
i think there is 50 baht to the pound.
when i was there a few years back it was 70 baht.
accomodation is very cheap & the food tastes fantastic.
the woman are very nice too.
koh samui (chawang beach) & phi phi island (maya bay) are two of my favourite beaches in thailand.
every month they have a full moon party on koh phangan (hadrin).
the party lasts for 24 hours.
i remember once buying a magic mushroom omlette from this street vender,
there was a big queue,
after a couple of hours i realised the omlette was just an omlette & there was nothing magical about it.
the mushroom man had gone.
i do miss thailand even though i have been there around a dozen times.
