A barney in Barnsley

What's this I hear about a punch-up in Barnsley over fruits, resulting in a nicking?

Things can't be that bad can it?

That's not to far from me but iv never been. Bumped in to some one from there over my way he was sound we done next few hits together and went halfs. If people are having to do this to try earn a few quid then its really not worth the hassle.

I know the guy who apparently got nicked and if it's true, then it's out of character for him.

And he's not from Barnsley, but that's where it happened.

Heard of people getting warned off from there over the years but never had a problem when I've passed through. As stated before, normally these individuals are relying on you being intimidated and have been brought up with the notion that it is a correct and just way to get what you want in life, even though they are hugely mistaken. Obviously you do need to be careful and judge the situation but once you realise your not made of glass you'll just go with the flow and the threats will soon disappear.

I was told it was something to do with a "Phil" but I now think it may be a load of bollocks.

More than likely an argument over a missed skill and after the Chinese whisper had gone round, it was a fight, stabbing & a shooting.
