Always thought gambling was a mugs game but now I'm having second thoughts, I might take it up for a living. Met Several people who say they make 5-10 grand a week off the football, it is risky but might have a go in the future.

Doubt many are TBH. Best study a minority sport and be good at it. You're just on a "lucky" streak at the moment. Commission will make a huge difference.

I would have thought it would be difficult with football. I know of a few people who can do it with horse racing particularly in-play betting.

I have Life Cover & Critical Illness cover from Legal & General through Nationwide and where it states my occupation, it says "Pro Gambler".

If you are quoting exchanges though it means that the same amount less commission has been won.

when i was a pro gambler i would regularly make 400k - 900k a week from football bets.

I would encourage anyone to go for this as it is guaranteed profits and a great way to make a living.

Unfortunately i had to give it up as it just wasnt enough money to support the lifestyle i was accustomed to. Though I suppose if things take a turn for the worst i can always go back to this to get me started again.

i had a streak for a few weeks where all my football bets were coming in.
Then went on a bad streak and laid off it. I was betting on football evey night.
Professional gamblers love to bet on tennis ... seriously!

he lost the lot in under 3 weeks and just before his 17th birthday.

Micky Quinn?

Anyway, never bet on that twat Federer to win in straight sets. 6-0, 6-0 4-6, 6-0 spoilt a 40-1 acca coming in,with him not being arsed in one set.
