Where do all the old posts go?

I notice that each fruit machine forum only ever has a maximum of 3 pages of threads. What happens to them when they disappear off the third page? Are they deleted? Are they moved to a archive? Do we have access to it?

Thanks.

Yeah, I noticed that too.

I seem to remember MattB saying in another thread somewhere they all got lost when somthing went wrong with the forum :(

I know my forum had settings where after 14 days without a post a thread was deleted, but i changed it as some old threads are good reads and helpfull to newbies too, so things don't keep getting repeated, if this is the case admin will be able to change it easily enough..

No "old" posts are deleted as a rule..

We did have a massive database error , which meant all posts over 4 months old were deleted a while back. It wont happen again.
