I will always have breakfast before i go out unless i am away! A bowl of cheerios/branflakes and/or a slice of toast normally does the job.

I must admit when I used to go away alot i'd make more of an effort, Holiday Inn Express used to do a really nice continental breakfast, and I used to take a few liberties, tucking fruit, yoghurt, muffins etc into my pockets as snacks for the rest of the day. It always tasted better when you just took them. The Premier Inn Fry ups are also suprisingly good, but at £7 quite expensive if you didn't really want a substantial meal early doors.
I used to go up north alot on C4 and Cash Quests, and me and my friend would stay in the Mal Maison. They had an offer on, 2 evening cocktails and 2 morning breakfasts for £27. The breakfast was something really special, the menu had so much on it, kippers, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, fry ups (well, grilled really..) porridge, numerous cereals, and if you wanted toast you could choose from 5 or 6 different types of bread. They also had around 10 different varieties of tea and apples. Something special that was.

For me depends which way I wander in to the factory. Favourite is probably a pack of pre-prepared fresh fruit from tescos and a warm chicken pasty from their freshly baked range or a steak slice but they rarely seem to have them. Yesterday was a Big Mac but that was because I hung round till post 10:30 as had been in casino till gone 6 and was a bit late for work.
