Fruit Machine Problem, Help please

I just got a fruit machine called Cash Ahoy, Make : Impulse. The problem is that when i switch it on at the mains there is a really loud noice like crackling. At the point there are no like or dose it seem to be on. anyone have any ideas.

You'd be better off posting this in the Technical Area mate. Lots of people who are good at this stuff scan over there. If I were to say anything right now, I would say a dodgy power supply unit. Impulses are just fantastic for doing this lol
