bromley sizzler, mega, saw it on 70 and dealing after £11, 1st box was a £70 and couldnt get a low offer so i had it followed by a superstreak and rise'n'fail, thought i'd go back for it the next day to find they left the bank job there but swapped the mega for a perfect game :/

Many years ago i had a connect 4 and pie factory in the same pub. I was happily doing the pie whilst some random was losing on the C4. Do the pie - step towards the C4 and leisure link arrive to change both machines.... taking the C4 1st.

Was also playing a money laundry - 2 pots to the good.... tap on the shoulder and its a gamestec technician telling me to play off my credits as he has to change the settings!

Bit off subject, but walked in to a Yeats the other day to play a perfect and mega and bank job clone and all 3 fruits had just vanished, nothing there at all apart from the quiz. I found out that all 3 had been stolen at night by a heroin addict and his 12 year old son. How bad is that.

a couple of well known players used to scratch their names on the machine down here so they'd know if it was the same one.
thought it was stupid myself.

had a gamestec engineer come in while finishing on a ltd and a bankers bonus, both were sound and said they would come back in half an hour. My mate had the same on a bankers bonus..the gamestec fella was gonna wait for him but the landlord stepped in and told him to get off it.

Only reason I know it's the same unit is because there's about 10 bulbs out on it, and they're exactly the same

I jackpotted impulse via 11th heaven in front of an engineer when I was 16. I worked in a nightclub at college back in the late 90s doing glass collecting / tidying up etc when you didnt have to be 18 and someone had hit it drunk and the reels had fallen out of place so he sorted it out and I stuck a few quid in and too the jp. He looked impressed as I looked about 12 a 16 lol

Used to love the Hi/Lo exchange fruits working in a club, the more people drank the more braver they were on a gamble. As soon as 2.30am hit the wage packets were opened and we used to pool the quids and 50ps and make a tidy amount.
