Fruit Machine Chat

i have just bought a vivid 6 shooter fruit machine - stupidly tried to remove jammed coin with a knife. Alarm 17 belting out for half an hour - turning it off doesnt help. No manual or instructions. Any ideas people? Sandra ops:
