Done 2.5k in 2 weeks so banned myself. Just like to say filled out forms for hills, laddies n coral. Im taking lessons to drive so could have had a car :-(
I did think about a stanley to my neck, but its not worth it is it. The forms have helped

A good step to take mate. I banned myself ages ago because I lost about £30. Seriously cant trust them!
I have a mate who's into these roulette machines. He always knows where the ball will land when the wheel starts spinning, but he regularly asks how much a pint is when we visit a more up-market pub... Vile things

my m8 bik has self excluded from almost every city centre bookie ,,,,,,,,,,, and done a proper job of it ,,,,,, photos etc ,,,,,,,,,,, it must help in the long run ,,,,,,,,,,, because he only has fruits to play now , (without travelling ) ,,,,,,,,, but what with the amount of times the bookies rotate their staff etc, you have to ask how well the self exclusion is policed ???

It ruins peoples lives, i drink in a CIU and Ladbrokes give free pens and perspex slip holders to the club as its next door. Racing uk is on 24/7 so its one big betting shop lol Im only 29 but i still remember the days when bookies had no machines and you paid 10.90 for a tenner bet with tax. All their money is FOBT and nowt else now
