One king on Reel King goes for £50

I play this a lot on demo and occasionally for real. Now when 1 king pops out on the purple carpet, I've always understood the streak to go somewhere between £5 and £25. And I know that the more kings you get, the more exponential they become. Today however, a single king went for £50, and it was in real play  Have anyone else seen such anomaly?

Generally, 1 king averages £15, 2 kings £35, 3 kings £70. I've never seen 4 or 5 kings but I presume that 5 is the jackpot or close to it.

Think I've still got the version that someone crabbed from Astra on my other laptop. Was soon withdrawn from the web. I know a few others on here downloaded it and messed with the payouts.

Theres a few vids on youtube with five kings giving JP or high payouts.

Ahhh right. It's the Skyvegas version that I'm writing about, same one as in the arcades. As well as a visual win depicted by reels, you have the audible cue (ding-ding-ding...) running as a separate thread and bears no relation to the reels.

I've had 5 kings once in an arcade on £1 a spin. Got really excited and only went to £144. Was hopeful it would be jackpot, but not to break £200 or even £150 was pretty annoying.

i cant remember exactly which versions this was on, but if you get 4, dont get too excited.. we saw a lot in a local arcade

they usually went around £60

5 either did £80, £450 or £500 never seemed to give anything other than these wins...

On the old £2 spin one, I had a £500 from four srcolls, rather oddly. Strange things do happen !

5 kings can give the £500 but if you get a win whilst in tinged 5 times and dropped 5 kings down it normally isn't a pot as it can't give more than £500 per 1 credit.

On the newer ones they have bronze, silver and gold pots which can be acquired from having only 1 king down.
It was only last week when I got £500 out of one of these. Don't normally play them but thought I'd have a quick bullseye through it after hearing this lady lost £3k in it on the previous day. :)

They're not.

Compensation works both ways.

this is a common misconception, all wins are capped at £500, they do sometimes give wins and the £500 and then just pay £500

also, i seem to remember someone on here saying the win on one bookies roulette pays a little bit over £500 in certain situations

There is 2 settings for these lets say hard and soft hard can pay the 500 soft pays smaller wins more frequent, seen 5 reels give 48,68,80 and probably the highest 148,The machine says Win upto 500 so if 1 game out the 6 or so on the terminal say Winderella (Diamond pot 500) can pay it there not breaking any rules.A said machine in an arcade has not payed a 500 out in 5 yrs since they have had it as stated above Win Upto 500 its totaly legal...

Remember having a £2 win on Elvis and the three discs for £500. Was a few years ago, but sure it paid £502.
