had to go to local asda early this morning before i went out for a few local hits, anyway few bags of the usual bread and milk in the back of the car, lifted one bag of milk potatoes etc, turned to pick second bag up which contained a bag of crisp and biscuits, BANG back fucked , called for the wife who called for an ambulance , hospital , conclusion, torn muscle and slipped disc from picking up a bag of crisp, end result at least a week on the sofa in agony , cant even imagine bending down to pick coins out of a tray , bored out of my head, cany anyone recommend any decent online casinos to pass the boredom for a few days?

As soon as you can get someone to take you, I would strongly recommend a visit to a physio or a chiropractor. Money well spent...

am def going mate , but cant even move today, will leave it a day or 2 , the hospital strongly advised me to do that, do you have any idea on the cost roughly, is it a pay by the hour sort of set up?

It will be anything from 35-80 for an hour session. Not cheap but I'd have paid 10x that to get it fixed when I had it!

Funnily enough that didn't work too good for me, and when I had tendinitis in my elbow. But a cortisone injection didn't either, only thing that helped that was acupuncture.
