I've played Reel King on Skyvegas and also as a B3. The only difference is that the B3 version lets you gamble a win (in fruity turbo gamble style) and the jack queen king symbols have little crowns on them (just a cosmetic difference). Both are random and both have £500 jackpot if you stake 5p x 20 lines.
OP, your Holland version will likely be the same as the B3 if you're talking about a physical machine.

Haven't played a Reel King in a while. But these were defo the best for jps.
Better gamble than the Barcrest wheel thing.
Plus the occasional lucky loss thing is ok...
