School boy error carrying that much wedge in a hot car, he deserved to have it seized, I've been stopped before with about 6k on me but as the car was pukka I wasn't searched, oh and it wasn't from playing machines, obviously.

This is what I mean, who in their right mind walks into a court house with seven grand cash?? If maverick had told me his mate had done this, I would have shot him down on the spot! Maverick, maybe your mate did do that thing after his 16oz t bone steak, I apologize mate.

Id say that having traces of drugs in his car is what led them to take the money away.

even though this is a direct gambling issue, the statement " Under the 2002 act, police have the power to seize cash over £1,000 from any person if they have grounds to believe the money has come from criminal activity or is going to be used in criminal activity."
i wonder how much proof they need to confiscate >£1000 in £1 coins? afterall, it isnt possible to win that much from machines, they are just box of flashy lights in the corner of the bar which slowly collects the staffs "holiday fund"

Yeah rite, i got nickd on a haven for playing a fame, and the copper was suprised i had 600in notes, slamed me up against the car cuffs on in front of about 50 holiday makers, made me look a rite cunt.
