I used to spend 3 days a week in the area in the jpm days, and would clear 1k after expenses everytime. The place was a goldmine, and the casino had some great games as well.

I stayed in Paignton a couple of weeks ago in the Premier Inn.
Made good money and went for a takeaway just up in the town.
Not good.
I'm quite sure the local rats* would steer clear of that place. Filth.
*Rats; four legged rodents and not any indigeonous players.
