i went to the doctor and asked him :
"do you treat alcoholics",
he said
"yes of course i do",
i said
"great take me for a pint then cos i am skint".

When I first saw the title of this thread, I was really hoping it was written by a serial nonsense-poster(er) and that he'd decided to go away and never bore/annoy us again on medical advice.
Sadly, I was wrong.. wishing too hard I guess.
