Anybody got any emptiers that they'd like to sell? I've never had one and live between Leeds/Bradford and a lot of smaller towns,plenty of machines.

Doubt anyone would be willing to sell mate.

Matt ,it's a tradition on here that new posters asking for emptiers get a bit of a poor reception,so when the inevitable replies to this thread start coming in ,just remember you asked for it

Fair enough,i can live with that............i'd rather ask and get a frosty recepion,than not ask and be wondering what the answer would be-where would the world be if nobody asked,or offered to buy things?

I used to ask other posterers if they new an emptier, they always came up with nothing.
The truth is, to find an emptier is like finding gold in our towns, if you found gold, would you share with it with everyone on fruit chat, i would not.
Gold is hard to find, when you find it,
Keep it, don't share it.
Don't you want to be the only person in the country that can achieve this.
Most emptiers these days last 3-7 days, if all the professionals in the whole country new the trick.
Look at the indiana jones barcrest, it lasted 2 days.
If you want to succeed in this business, if anybody asks you for an emptier, just tell them that there is no gold in these towns. :P

john. i can 100% agree with you BUT as you said emptiers will last a few days. so sometimes dont you think it would be a good idea to tell a select few people becuase i doubt you would be able to find and hit every machine in the county in a few days. so therefore telling someone at the other end of the county may be more benificial to you as they would be able to hit the ones you cant and then possibly expect the favour to be returned to you when they find something out?

Maybe in a perfect world, all hell breaks lose when empties come out, people are queuing outside pubs and arcades at opening time, hoping to be the first one on it before the re-chip.

do people just 'stumble' upon emptiers then by pressing random buttons that arnt even illuminated or something?

No doubt some have been stumbled on, cops n robbers springs to mind, but some are so far fetched you would never guess them in a million years, these are obviously put in on purpose.

If you had an emptier you never know how long it is going to last. Hindsight is 20/20. The (highly unlikely) assumption you make is that no-one else in your area knows. T'internet, mobile phones and show-off chavscum obviously don't help.

You know you are knackered when some 15 year old kid is in your old man pub and leaving it empty.
