0-10=very poor, don't give up your day job, your an embarassment.
10-20=not bad, you need a little improvement.
20-30=very good your an average professional in the uk.
30-40=fantastic your almost the best, keep up the good work.
40-50=brilliant, you are the best in the country, you have done us professionals very proud.

4)my own tricks 10.
5)the best contacts 7.
