The truth is that you can do what you want to the fruit machine as long as you don't have a tool/gadget/key etc, just don't carry anything & everything you do to the machine will be legal.

Well, so long as you're prepared to take a pork-tooling when you get to the clink...

Tooling is totally illegal, because you are either breaking into the machine and stealing the money from it, or using some other device in order to make it malfunction and empty itself, but doing an emptier like for example the indy one, id imagine is not illegal, as i for one fail to see how changing stake a few times and collecting the money out after each JP can be illegal at all, since all it is is a programming fault or oversight, merely a method, nothing more.

IMO....

Tooling = theft.

Emptiers = exploiting a software hole that was already there.

There is a world of difference.

My mate Jim 34 is not a tooler, he carries his tools ie, a cloth, a non sticky spray & a torch, when he comes across a machine with the button stuck down he sprays the button to make it playerbull, if he comes across a dond he has to stand on a stall & shine his torch onto the deal & reads the deal.
There is no harm with this tooler, as he is a player just like us. :lol: :lol:

Not that I agree with this heavy necro-threading, but have to laugh at 'making a machine playerbull' in the previous post! :D :D
