slotto prob??

alright all got a prob maybe one of u can help me with ive got a slotto but it wont take coins - when u push start it clocks up 100 pound in credit then it wont let u play the screen button pushes in but it wont spin ?????
its goes on test fine does the whole menu with no errors but just as soon as u push start it automatically bangs up 100 quid in credit and does nothing just keeps skipping from demo screen to 100 pound in credit??
