anti-force

What would a machine do if you did all you could to NOT win money from it? eg, it gives you a GATW but you collect the initial £1 cash stack anyway, and keep doing this sort of thing. Would it eventually force the money upon you (eg perhaps by spinning in a jackpot on the reels) or quite happily keep taking your money?
Has anyone tried this?

LOL @ Glendale!
JPM's used to spin in the JP on the reels if you were silly enough not to collect one of the many JP-able features most of them had. Sometimes it would do this 3 or 4 spins in a row if it had been mega-tonked!
Not sure about the current manufacturers though, I guess if they got so far under percentage they would have to force something on you. Could give it a (albeit boring!) try on one of the later emulated machines and see what happens?

Go for ten grand to be on the safe side. Then again the machine might collapse under the weight of 10,000 pound coins .

Heh, that got me thinking, I wonder how many coins could be held in a standard (if there is such a thing?!) cashbox?

Barcrests %age checker software comes in to play and the little Barcrest man jumps out and writes you a cheque, but they dont critical error.
BFM's keep throwing in GATW boards even if you take small wins.
Electros give forced IM's when at a certain %age level. Even after that they make it pretty darn easy to hi-lo to the top. I know this as I've knocked one back for £500.
Barcrest Lo-Tecs just throw in £1.00 instead of 50p wins, this is their way of levelling up %age.
B3's are great for desperately trying to catch up on %age. Just gamble everything and watch them buzz up.
Reflex Gaming £70'ers dont have a %age.
Electrocoin Lo-tecs, try ignoring nudge in and hold and drop wins....Mad streaks.
Basically all machines will level out, but not if you play them like a total muppet. They'll just hold it back until somebody with even half a brain can milk them dry after.
I knocked a VIU back on emulator for a grand. Managed to level out within a couple of hundred of plays.

Them old JPM's were anti force. Inferno and the pinball one. If you tried you could get a really low percentage out of them, if not zero.

Surely the "anti force" was done back in the cash streak days?

i had a barcrest psycho cash beast..
there are no wins that auto collect, and no flash
you could always turn down the jackpot and or any win, apart from a spin in jackpot
after about £500 played through, with it spinning win after win or 3 in a row numbers every credit for about £100,
it started rolling in jackpots.. with repeats, and holds and even if you turned it off it span another in...
it span about 8 jackpots in, couple of repeats and holds, then for the next £30 or so of credits, it would start boards in a state where it would jp almost every board..
ive also played a club machine or two that spin in the jackpot once ready
most old machines would eventually roll in the jackpot, so i assume most new ones would too... although it would take probably fifty times the jackpot AFTER it was ready to pay one...

A mate did this with a magic 7's 25jp he bought (though he was plugging it when anything but 7s came in aswell tho) it fucked up totally and he had to ram clear it for it to even work again.

yeah looks like there must be some kind of anti force on it, it totally fucked the machine so it wouldnt even boot up in the end, just displayed a load of errors on alpha, totally ruined it!

Yep we played a grand through it and plugged any roll in and after it just payed a bit nothing special and then it just errored due to it thinkin its being robbed as the %age is so high it sort of jibs out so it just stops working and needs the rom clearing to get it workin again. there is a vid of us playin it after doin the grand and nothing rally happens
also not all electros have the Streak in em due to some law. I only know where 1 is that does it out of the 5 in that arcade but as you know there is loads in every arcade and the pier had about 15 of em and not one of em did the streak
Also a £15jp cash beast would flash watched it do it in kings lynn showboat years ago for the £75 to some geezer who forced it
