Fruit Machine Chat

hope someone can help me, the machine is a global games and is called bucks bunny, just got a note acceptor for my fruit machine at home and tryed to install but when i put the bnv code in its says bev no response, so i asked a freind who repaired fruit machines before and he said i need to reset the machine? but he does not know how,

you defiantely got the BNV code right? usualy 123456 of a NV note accepter

if you have, i realy dont thing you need to RAM clear the Machine, i would advise checking the software you have and what setting your note accepter is.

is it serial or parallel?

a parallel machine will have a wire for each note + your commons and 12v

a serial will only have a couple of wires as the acceptance is written in2 the sofware

it could also be that the note accepter your using isn't set up with CCtalk and the machine can't detect it

unless its a jcm then its the last 6 digits of serial number...a bit more info needed here i think
