I work in catering and have never understood why anyone would pay £2.50 for a cup of coffee that costs about 15p to make. Then again, we have all paid £4 for a bottle of lager in a club or bar (except the teetotallers).

I buy my drinks in glasses or cups, you can get more in that way.
I realise this joke doesn't really work because you've used a capital letter, but it's still worth a shot eh?

I saw this as well. I'd always buy a drink in a spoons, purely because they are usually too valuable to risk being barred from.
Right, off to get my 49p cup of tea now!

I would of agreed with that a while back but not now!!
Must be a ratio of at least 50-1 non-playables to playables.

Was staying at Uttoxeter this weekend and rising early on Sunday, wanted to pop out for a paper. Didn't see one single person (or car) and the only place open was the Spoons (this was about 07:15). Did seem a bit strange, but popped in for a bacon roll and a read for half hour.

Oh, there are about 10 pubs in the very small market town, but I couldn't see anything other than Noel, bar one Count Yer Cash.
