Auction went for £170,000 in the end spa! Way above even my high standards but a good long term deal for the buyer! Good to see the make believe crew looking at the future and not just playing machines!

Also, while im moaning, the flats were for the freehold of the ground rent for 125 years, not the actual flats! Look it up lads, get those brains working for once!
