Yeah spot on, I think most players lack a good work/life balance, this is something I do try to sort out myself, even if it's just going out with mates/girls or having hobbies, also cooking proper food at home instead of relying on petrol garages/takeaways. And nowadays, you can't be home for 5pm like any normal person because the decent machines are in pubs that don't open till 5pm so its ever so anti-social to the missus, Not having a go Anfield, but when you get a woman, your playing time becomes ever so limited.
