2 dice on the number reel making the number 1 unachievable maybe.

could just have easily just had 1 die for numero uno though, so feck knows.

Went to collect £4 on a Play Your Cards Right (Project) and my brother piped up and said he'd buy the gamble off me and go for the jackpot of £8 tokens. I thought it'd be interesting to see what happened as I didn't believe for a minute that the gamble would win. So I took his £4, and he just collected the win, which repeated twice, and ran off laughing.

Didn't make that mistake again.

anyone play the vortex at london bridge station?
it killed you fully when you had no lose, rolled the same number twice for life and death depending on its mood.
yes the number reel was fcuked / out of sync some times but when on a 12 the higher button wouldnt light up or work as normal but when you go lower you die sometimes.
it was totalled, and it was redding like a mofo every day coz no1 would play it out, it just built up and the board costs coz no1 could get anything out.
condoms... ribbed for her pleasure! turn it inside out and its ribbed for my pleasure :)

I've seen this on quite a few of the Reds with number-strip reels. COB, Vortex, Legal Tender. I could never quite get my head around how the programme 'knew' that the reel was out of sync?! It 'knows' it's a twelve (by only the lower button lit) so why does it kill you when you then roll in a lower number? I'm guessing it 'forgets' you were on a twelve after you press the low button. Could argue it's sloppy programming, but moreso sloppy reel-design.

Very sloppy programming. No reason why the machine can't resync the reel mid-feature if it's out of alignment. Sure, there would be a few cries of foul play since the machine reset a seemingly favourable number, but the cries would be less audible than the cries of the punter losing on a guaranteed 12 lower !

Iv played 1 like this before where the number reel is fucked, it's a fucking nightmare. No matter what you do it just won't win.

What does Wild Streak do on Rob Da Bank? It had the only mention of the word streak I could see on the machine so took it. I then missed holding the wild and won 50p for my troubles :/

If its a £70 one then it will let you get to £35 and then skip for the £70. If its £35 jackpot then it should be an easy £35!!!!

Heh, need to work on your skills by the sounds of it. It's rare to see the £70 versions of these games offering this feature. Blocked at £35 though, I believe?

;) We all have to pick these things up from somewhere... ;)

Just to check, has anyone ever taken this and topped it on a £70? It blocks it like a bugger and I wondered if they'd adjusted the software to stop it jumping / but not offering it until it's ready to pot anyway?

Remembered another one from a little while back. Nothing too big but hey-ho.
Collected the Cash Climber feature red on Show me the Mummy, and thought, it's Cash link, so started whacking start. Turns out it was Toggle Climb, and I hit the GMs first press which went to cherries.

Surely the worst blooper on here is JG? ;)

Anyway, one of mine was about 5 / 6 years ago when I was in a kebabbie after a night on the town. They had a £15 Spiker the Biker in there and I topped the feature stack out for the note feature, only to press the 'collect' button and be awarded something like £2.40 in 'coins'. DOH!

A major annoyance (not really down to 'user error') is when a button is a bit sticky and you get bonus nudges on a feature board. Press the button to utilise one of the say 4 nudges, nudge, nudge, nudge, nudge, higher than a 10, game over. Grr...
