Come on old schoolies - what was the name of the first fruit with an almost identical emptier to Snake, Rattle 'n Roll?

Initials of RT . . . . . . .

And what was the feature called that was actually superhold?

Initials of FF . . . . . . . .

Yeah they chipped the first roms and all it did was freeze the machine when shuffling away the last nudge.

LOL, no it didnt! Dont tell me you didnt know you had to gamble to a win first before doing the old abracadabra truffle shuffle malarkey button pressing maneuver? The 2nd way was even quicker than the 1st if i remember rightly as there was no waiting around for the JP to spin in as it was instant!
Yes i am fully aware what happens when shuffling before gambling to a win.I am on about a version a played not too long ago that froze up even after shuffling a win.

Had this conversation on here before, wasnt it with you ? Or have you changed your alias ?

Harry, youve lost me mate? If i remember rightly you had to gamble to a win then shuffle down so no win available then use the button press thingy to get JP.

I think this is the only username i have had on here so maybe the previous conversation wasnt with myself????

Im only aware of 3 different software versions. :?

This one was strange. It was in a wee village pub and it actually streaked for the £75 off the first jp/shuffle.However the 2nd time of trying the thing just froze and stopped. All it said was " shuffling " on the lcd and i had to get the staff to turn it off/on.It was weird as i only played the 2nd version having never had the chance to play on the original roms.

Have played a chipped one many times and nothing happens after the tap, tap.So i dont know what the were doing with the 2nd rom version.

Open the box, Pay rise, Hi-de hi , camelot.Anything they released with " lines " basically as they were free wins.

I'm sure i read somewhere that the vivid trick was deliberate, and that's why they carried on making them with it long after they discovered it's existance.

Vivid trick probably compares to Jackpoteers etc. (system still worked when reprogrammed but did not empty as easy and cost more) - intentional system to beat the machine aimed at the public on the part of the programmers to coax in more game play.
