Yep, and I know they used to do it from time to time when not chipped. Think it was in suicide mode after Perfect, next board was fruit but no phones for a £35 COB, £15 up, so I wasn't hanging around!

I played an unchipped Desert the other week. Phones from a tenner and a quick initial raise. But then the phones simply refused to come back and I ended up losing!

Actually used to quite like them but they were a bit russian roulette, now with the chip thrown in they're russian roulette with about 4 of 6 chambers loaded! Also not had a £60 COB in months!

i bad hold reels and change stakes and hold certain fruit wins and lines to get red entry and sometimes even collect a small win on gatw boards if i know its gonna hit a megastreak.

oh, and if there was a new chip then assuming you keep on top of your perfects and visit them every 2 days or so then you deffo would have seen the cashpots at £5 £10 £20 on a few of your units.

I'm sure we r all pretty competent on them now mate.

As I said earlier, at one stage I thought there was an upgrade but it turned out to be 4 hours of solid bad luck but both with the same supplier and only a few miles apart so it gets u paranoid doesn't it!!

I don't buy this learning theory at all, I'm sorry but that's gotta be near on impossible to code in. If that was the case they wouldn't land on a bonus would they?

I think it's just down to over play and the nationwide drop in %age over the last few months. I've noticed nearly all units have gone from 78% to either 74/76%. Doesn't sound a lot but believe me over several grand put through it makes a big difference.

I don't buy the in built code to block things either, otherwise u couldn't blag 70's on dead units and I mean really dead units!!

Barcrest had a programme called 'fuzzy logic' which would essentially 'learn' and block certain things that were paying over percentage. I also have never understood why BFG don't copy barcrest and go critical when it's paying well over percentage.

thats just part of it.
i know alot of people who play completely different, some bust all boards, some bust with a red in view some have a megastreak on 25p and expect a roll on the other stake,
bust will take some % and so will the ms on 25p, i wont do either but still get 2 stakes and a roll and the cashpots without it accidently hitting megastreak.
theres things on it that not many people know that i use, eg, if your on £1 stake and you get a board and it rolls a 1, if you higher the 1 it rolls a 3 to the bonus 9/10 times.
im not saying no1 knows the way i play because some do and some have a slightly different way but i just play a tight game, the order you take the cashpots and 25p stake stuff and free busts can effect the gameplay too.
i cant really explain without giving my method away or just not making sense but my method comes out great sometimes and sometimes i only make £50, sometimes on extreme red box costs i break even but very rarely lose on a perfect.
ive had many ways of playing these but dont think i will find a better way than i play them now

I love a perfect when they go right, I hate them when they go wrong. Nice when you smash them in to the ground though off peanuts (not very often). Nowt like ripping a deal board on a dead unit for big box or deal for a steal. Then there's nowt like paying 200 for red box. Random machines.

Greed tends to play a part in what happens to you on these, you know what they're capable of doing, but how often these days does it go smoothly?

To think Panthers were classed as playables when it was £25 JP and you'd be looking at making £24 profit or the once in a while profit, now if you can't make £50 profit on a machine it's shite, Pisser.
