seagulls are the worst, me and eddie went gloucester a couple of months back, and on returning to the car, a seagull had shat right in the centre of the windscreen and dried, we had to sit and look at this huge 'glossop' for our 100 mile journey back!
Wheres the rain when you need it
Lots of dragonflys around where I work.. Ps. on the subject, those "daddy long legs" that fly, there not really dragonflys are they? What are they called?
A crane fly. Daddy-long-legs is the common term for those daft spiders that you see in the corner of the room with spindley legs and hardly any body. But did you know they are one of the most venomous spiders in the world?
There is an urban legend stating that the daddy long-legs spider has the most potent venom of any spider, and this same legend is attributed to crane flies where they commonly go by the name "daddy-long legs" (principally in the United Kingdom).
However, both the daddy long-legs spider and the crane fly are in fact innocuous; the spider's venom is practically harmless to humans, and the crane fly is not venomous. The commonly confused harvestman, also known as daddy long-legs but which isn't a spider, is also not venomous.
