why is it selfish?!, when i got arrested for having a refill key on me they were all over me asking why I was not on the dole and were is the money coming from!
If there is a way to stop that then why not do it? basically you are just a poker addict who aint got a clue about machines and seem like a mug hahahahaha!
I love the green eyed monsters!
Just because you cant do it you take it out on others, all I was saying was I claim and the reasoning behind it!

I'm in full time employment and pay the taxes that provide your "free money"
when I played poker for a living, I did so without claiming benefits. I supported a wife and kids honestly.
I have no problem with people making a living, gambling, playiong poker, or anything else. I also don't have a problem with people genuinely looking for work receiving benefits to help tide them over.
what I do have an issue with is greedy selfish leeches who think it's ok to ride on the back of society, taking but not giving.
and 'green eyed monster' couldn't be further from the truth. I wouldn't swap places with you for all the tea in china.

I don't drink tea, so certainly wouldn't swap places for anyone or anything for any quantity of tea. However, my tipple of choice is tap water. So I may consider......sorry I'm changing the thrust of the thread. I love a good argument, so, let the game continue.
Just for the record I work part time and play s34 AWP part time and pay taxes and don't get any sort of benefits.

Since this is obviously a contencious issue I thought I would start a poll:

I don't let people like anfield bother me too much.
The free health care and basic standard of living, even for lazy wasters is just a side effect when you believe in the welfare state, as I do.
I console myself with the thought that, he's not going to retire at 60 with a decent car, a house he owns, kids at university, a couple of holidays a year, enough money to pursue whatever hobbies and interests he has etc
He, and those like him, will just survive. Each to their own. I find that lack of ambition quite sad.
