commodities, private equity, government bonds, US stocks, emerging markets.... all stuff the big investment banls are in... its not super wealthy for no reason.

spread risk, diverse stratgy only in things you are comfortable/understand.

accidental landlords always putting on the face... few tell the actuall nightmare/understand the real terms losses they are making/stand to lose.
